Gonorrhea can be diagnosed by taking cervical and penile secretion samples or by a urine test. Currently the cervical and penile secretion samples are considered the best way to test, but the urine samples are being used more and more because they are a non-invasive good screening test. Whichever way you test, the results should take a few days for the urine sample and a little longer for the secretion samples.
