I wouldn't recommend getting your resveratrol by drinking countless glasses or bottles of red wine. A high quality resveratrol juice or 100% liquid supplement can contain more resveratrol than 50 to 100 glasses of red wine. I'd recommend resveratrol in juice form, liquid supplement form, chewable form, or even freeze-dried capsule form. Just look for a reputable company with quality ingredients. You can also consume resveratrol-rich fruits like grapes, cranberries, pomegranates, blueberries and even acai berries. Resveratrol is a naturally-occurring plant extract, in this case from the pulp and skin of grapes as well as Japanese Knotweed, known for its ability to support a healthy cardiovascular and circulatory system.

Eat a variety of berries such as raspberries, cranberries, and blueberries. Add peanuts and peanut butter to your diet. You can eat raw or boiled peanuts. Boiled peanuts actually contain more resveratrol than raw peanuts. Eat red grapes with skin. Moderate consumption of red wine will also add resveratrol to your diet.
