    After you have been accepted in Medicaid, you will be mailed a Medicaid card. If you have lost your card and need a replacement, contact your local department of social services or welfare department (where you applied for Medicaid. They will issue you a temporary card to use until a permanent replacement card arrives in about 10 business days.
