The Epley maneuver is often used to treat vertigo and dizziness caused by benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). The Epley maneuver is a process of maneuvering the head into certain positions that are held for 30 seconds to 90 seconds to allow gravity to guide particles out from the inner ear canals.
