National Academy of Sports Medicine answered:

Stand with feet pointed straight ahead, hip-width apart, with knees slightly bent. Stand facing a wall, holding a medicine ball at one side of your hips. Contract your glutes, tuck-in your chin and rotate your body, pivoting the trailing leg. Toss the medicine ball to the wall as the body rotates. Catch the ball as it bounces off the wall and quickly repeat with control on both sides.
