    Stand with your feet pointed straight ahead and placed in a staggered stance, arms by your sides. Lunge slightly and then jump into the air. Switch your legs while you are in the air, moving your back leg forward and your front leg backward. Softly land into a lunge position with your legs switched from their original position. Repeat, trying to spend very little time on the ground.
