Here's how to do the 28-day detox:

In the first two weeks, you begin to process toxins out of your fat stores and into general circulation. In the last two weeks, you effectively throw the toxins out of your body (urinating, defecating, sweating, and breathing them out). A nutritional detox/cleanse will give you all the nutrition that you will need while your body cleanses and heals itself. You don't have to go hungry, and you don't have to count calories or weigh your food. You merely have to pay attention to the selection of food. You eat whenever you are hungry, and as often as you like. Eat until you feel full, but not overly full. It is better to eat several small meals a day rather than three large ones. It is important to note (and typically a great side benefit) that while on this diet, you may experience some weight loss. The average person loses between seven and 12 pounds over the course of 28 days.

This detox can be a difficult venture. The more you stick with it, the better you will feel. Try your best and concentrate on what you are able to do, not what you aren't able to do. After day 28, it is important to come off the diet gradually. Whatever you do, don't overeat or splurge on junk food when you're done.
