How can I achieve spiritual balance?

Jan Campbell answered:To achieve spiritual balance, take some down time each day to reflect on the things that are important to you. Refuel your soul. This can be done in the form of yoga, meditation, or by simply just being quiet while listening to relaxing music. Use this time to reconnect with your inner spirit. Connect with your self-love and your appreciation for all that you have. You could also use this time to visualize your desires. This will create peace for you within your day and remind you who you really are and what is important. To achieve spiritual balance, take some down time each day to reflect on the things that are important to you. William Stillman answered:You can achieve spiritual balance by placing emphasis on the word “balance.” Your spirituality is an inextricable component of your personhood; it is inherent to you as your birthright as a human being. Given this, your spirituality is infused throughout the flow of your daily activities though you may not be conscious of it as yet.
In endeavoring spiritual balance, think of your daily activities as a pie chart with assorted slices of the pie designated for certain aspects of your life such as food, exercise, meditation, relationships, recreation, education and so on. (You may even wish to create a literal chart to help you visualize it.) Now, consider whether you’ve perceived your spirituality as a pie slice carved out separately from all the other aspects or whether it’s been embedded throughout. If you’re proposing the question, it may well be that you’ve thought of spirituality as something you need to set aside time for instead of thinking about the myriad manners in which you can manifest spirituality in all that you do and say.
