    Consider simplifying the language as much as you can in order to help your employees understand some of the jargon associated with group health plans. It is usually a good idea to make sure what you’re communicating is in plain English and consistent in discussion, online and on paper. Consider breaking the information into smaller sections and provide worksheets to help them calculate their benefits.
