    If you are talking about hot flashes, then there are some foods you could try skipping to see if it helps put out the flames. You may need to keep a diary to see if you have a particular trigger. It seems silly to say, but hot foods typically trigger hot flashes, both in spice and temperature. Citrus, tomatoes, strawberries, caffeine, and alcohol are also common triggers, but use that diary to see if there are other foods that light that fire.
