    • Squats or single-leg squats
    • Lunges – forwards or backwards
    • Bridges – double or single-leg
    • Lateral lunges

    Lower body weight resistance exercises such as barbell squat, lunges, leg press, calf raiser, knee extension, at a fast pace (less than 30 seconds between sets) in circuit fashion, will increase your cardio, strength, and muscular endurance, while burning more calories, and helping to reduce your waistline.
