    To prevent low blood sugar out on the course, maximize liver and muscle glycogen for play, and to leave you without hunger but not too full, try: Fresh fruit, nuts, nut butter and crackers, whole wheat bagel and light cream cheese, apple and low-fat cheese, handful of almonds and raisins, yogurt and fruit, or cereal with skim milk.
