For help with overall nutrition and exercise routines, seek the help of a qualified health and fitness professional. Check with your local gyms or private training studios. Do not be afraid to ask a potential trainer for their qualifications. Make sure you are compatible with your trainer and ask for a trial session before you commit to more than one session.

You can get help with your overall nutrition and exercise routines from certified healthcare and fitness professionals. I would recommend getting help with your nutrition routine from a Registered Dietitian who is a certified nutrition expert and healthcare provider. I would recommend obtaining help with your fitness routine from a certified personal trainer.

You want to make sure that both have the experience and qualifications to help clients with your unique concerns achieve their goals and that you feel comfortable working with them.

If possible, it may be more beneficial working with one professional who is both a Registered Dietitian and certified personal trainer.
