Do Geodon and Abilify cause a decrease in my sodium levels?

However decreased sodium levels with these medicines occurs infrequently - decreased sodium levels were reported in less than 1 in 100 patients taking these medicines during clinical trials. Your doctor most likely feels that the benefits of Abilify outweighs the risk of low sodium.
