Dove answered:It's highly unlikely that an over-the-counter cream will permanently erase crow's feet, but a good cream or moisturizer can help mask them if you use it regularly. At the very least, these products can restore some moisture to your skin and help diminish the look of crow's feet.

Dr. Joseph Ajaka answered:Nearly all over the counter creams are minimally effective in trying to mask crowe’s feet. The only topical cream that has some merit to it are topical prescription-only vitamin A derived creams such as Retin A and Zorac. These work by increasing collagen and production of hyaluronic acid, thus ‘plumping’ the skin and improving wrinkles. It takes however, a good 6 months for improvements to wrinkles. For proper and quick treatment of Crow’s feet however, Botox is needed. These wrinkles are caused by overuse of the muscle. Tiny injections into the muscle of the area made, causing the muscle to relax. As a result, the muscle cannot contract and the wrinkles soften. Treatment can last from 3-6 months.
Botox is safe and also very effective for treating wrinkles in the upper third of the face, eg surprise lines and worry lines.
