    Smoking makes me feel like I’m more in control of my life. In part, this is due to the fact that people who smoke can regulate their nicotine doses several hundred times a day to fine-tune their mood. But smoking really gives only the illusion of control, since most people find it very difficult to control whether or not they continue smoking. In contrast, our program gives you real control over your health and your life.
