Obviously things like asthma, pneumonia, bronchitis, laryngitis, tuberculosis, allergies, chronic sinusitis, and common colds affect breathing. But seemingly unrelated diseases such as chronic fatigue, arthritis, and epilepsy are also contributors to disordered breathing.
