    There is a greater risk of sleep problems in individuals with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). In fact, up to one-half of parents with kids who have ADHD claim their children have difficulties falling asleep and staying asleep through the night. Along with sleep difficulties, children with ADHD have a higher risk of sleep disorders, including restless legs syndrome and daytime sleepiness.
