    Copaxone has not been adequately tested on pregnant women. You should speak with your doctor before you become pregnant or if you are already pregnant. You should only take Copaxone if it is really necessary. Tests on animals showed no adverse affects on fetal development. Drugs can be passed through breast milk; therefore, you should speak with your doctor before breastfeeding.
