- Are pregnant, are planning a pregnancy, or are not protected from pregnancy
- Have a history of unexplained vaginal bleeding
- Have a history of breast, uterine, or ovarian cancer
- Have a history of stroke or heart attack
- Have a history of blood clots, such as in the lungs or legs
- Have a history of liver disease
