What are my chances of surviving eye cancer?

Every case is different, but survival rates for eye melanoma are relatively favorable. The five-year survival rate is 75 percent, and the rate goes up if the cancer has not spread anywhere outside the eye. However, the disease is rare and variable enough that statistics are not hugely useful as predictors. You should ask your doctor about your specific case.
