As a personal trainer my corrective exercise specialist certification allows me to help clients rebalance their muscles, and this a lot of times helps the client look much taller. If you are looking to add an inch to your height, and you have not been stretching or exercising to have your best posture, then you can visually add an inch by starting. When you foam roll your muscles you help break down adhesions and allow the muscles to reach their optimal lengths. Your static stretching that follows your foam rolling drills will help keep this muscle in it optimal length. Then, when you incorperate an exercise routine that helps you maintain proper posture, you will stand taller. In my opinion it's the balance of stretching, resistance training to keep your posture strong, and practicing walking tall. Oh, and a pair of high heels always does the trick!
