Can I moisturize my nails too?

    Just as your skin needs to be moisturized, so do your nails and cuticles, especially if your hands have been exposed to very cold or dry weather, or if you work with your hands frequently or use harsh detergents and chemicals. Cuticles that are too dry can lead to hang nails, which can make you more prone to infection. Apply a vitamin-rich hand lotion on your nails and cuticles after washing your hands.
