    While taking Selzentry (maraviroc) avoid contact with people who have infections, because this antiviral drug may make it easier for you to get infections. Selzentry can cause dizziness. Combining it with alcohol or some medications may intensify this effect. Avoid using the herb St. John's Wort. Avoid breastfeeding while using this medication, because both the virus and the medication can pass into breast milk.
