    Aspirin low-dose may not be safe to take during pregnancy, as it may be harmful to an unborn child, damaging the heart and reducing birth weight. You should not take aspirin low-dose on a daily basis while pregnant. Aspirin low-dose can also pass into breast milk. You should not take this medication while breastfeeding.
