    It can be very hard for teens with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) to listen to others, but not listening may cause many problems for you. You can build your listening "muscles" by practicing listening without interruption for five minutes at a time. When you get good at that, you can practice in different situations or increase the amount of time you listen without interruption.
