There are many ways in which you can continually improve your health after you reach age 50. For starters, you should schedule regular visits with your doctor or other primary healthcare provider, even if you're healthy. There are standard screenings and tests that you should have to make sure that "all systems are go" as you progress and move forward with your life.

Chronic conditions can start at any age, but the earlier you start to treat them, the better you'll fare. Conditions such as high blood pressure and high cholesterol have no symptoms, but can have quite an impact on your health if left untreated. Something as simple as positive lifestyle change can help you "right your ship" so that it can navigate through the turbulent waters of a brewing condition.
