    UnitedHealthcare answered:

As a caregiver, it is important to get six to eight hours of sleep a night and eat balanced, nutritional meals. It is also important to exercise and see your doctor for annual check-ups. Make an effort to keep your dental and other personal hygiene appointments. Take any medications or supplements you are on and designate time every week for you. Remember, if you do not care for yourself, you won’t be able to care for others.
