    Body temperature and fatigue can be impacted by your thyroid's ability to help regulate your body systems or your dose of thyroid hormone if you are taking thyroid hormone replacement medication. It is best to get reconnected with your new physician and discuss your history, current symptoms and evaluate blood work if necessary.
