Are male genital problems serious?

Some male genital problems are more serious than others. Many times, things like injuries, minor infections, and even sexually transmitted diseases are pretty easily treatable, especially if they're diagnosed early. However, if those problems are left untreated, they can become serious and start to cause permanent damage. Other problems may be more serious, and some may even be considered medical emergencies. Obviously, testicular cancer and other cancers that affect the genitals may become quite serious since they can spread throughout the body. To reduce the risk of serious genital problems, talk to your doctor as soon as you notice any unusual symptoms.
