Serious side effects of Visipaque include: urinating less than usual; abrupt weakness or numbness on one side of the body; sudden headaches; confusion, seizures or fainting; vision, speech or balance impairment; swelling in the hands, ankles or feet; chest or spreading arm pain; sweating and nausea; trouble breathing and wheezing; or flu-like symptoms.
