    I have found that many of my patients with PMS have found relief with acupuncture. Studies that have looked at whether it helps or not were judged to be biased due to the fact that it is hard to have a controlled study when it comes to acupuncture. But patients find that it does help with abdominal discomfort and bloating that occurs as a result of PMS.
