Pain can be felt in the jaw just in front of the ear, or it may be felt over the side of the face and head, then extend to the back of the neck, next to the hairline. Other symptoms include: unending or constant pain over cheek or forehead; tenderness over the affected sinus and behind the eyes; a deep dull ache; pain that worsens with movements of your head, such as bending over; nasal blockage and congestion; nasal discharge; ear sensations or fullness; facial swelling; and fever (sometimes).Helpful? 2 people found this helpful.
