MediGuard answeredWe all gain weight as we age because less food is turned into energy and more is stored as fat. If you see a thin older person, they usually have a medical condition or smoke cigarettes. Here are a few things you can try. 1) Take your plate of food and using a fork, scrape half of it onto a second plate. Cover the second plate and put into the Fridge for your next meal. 2) When you get hungry between meals, don't snack or eat anything. Instead, drink a large glass of water and avoid fruit juices and soda pop. 3) Keep yourself busy. If you sit around with nothing to do, you will feel hungry and/or depressed. Look around. Find something to clean or organize. Go outside and do something in the yard. Turn the computer on and watch porn. Do anything to distract yourself from food. I hope these tips help your condition.
