Bloating
When intestinal gas doesn't get passed out by belching or flatulence (passing gas), you end up with a bloated feeling. It's an uncomfortable feeling that is sometimes relieved by having a bowel movement or passing gas.
There are steps you can take to prevent bloating including not smoking, cutting down on fatty foods and avoiding certain foods such as beans and cabbage.
Your doctor can help you understand what causes your bloating and help control it.
