Patient Reviews
Dec 15, 2023
I was pleasantly surprised with my first visit with Dr. Richard’s, and all of the staff I encountered. It’s easy to see he’s not only quite experienced and knowledgeable within his field, but also has a genuine interest and concern for his quality of work. I found him to be above average (in my experience) for not only seeming to employ integrity as a Doctor, but also a genuine well as a concern for his patients. He was great with explaining every option, including the statistics of what improvement could be expected, and details on results of different options. He has also gone above & beyond by taking it upon himself to design a card listing different treatments to help patients more easily understand what options are available. He did great about explaining details regarding the procedure, Including what to expect somewhat for before, during and after. Not great to need surgery, but grateful it will be under better circumstances where possible thanks to him.
