I went to Dr.Noy several years ago for a consultation, after seeing another surgeon that was going to operate on me, but I did not feel satisfied with him, so I went for a second opinion. Dr.Noy is intelligent, has a great manner and personality and I felt totally comfortable with him the minute I met him. Dr.Noy is a wonderful Doctor.

Care Philosophy

  • My goal of treatment is to get you back to sports, work and life as quickly as possible, and to the best of your ability, with as little pain as possible. By focusing only on knee ACL/meniscus, shoulder labrum/cuff surgeries, we have been able to achieve this for most of our patients. Each patient gets a comprehensive exam to create the best individualized plan for them, to optimize recovery. Plenty of time for questions help each patient truly understand their diagnosis and treatment plan.
