The kindness caring and understand of a Dr. is very important. Dr. Gives the medical term and then breaks it down for me. Also draw diagrams, to help me understand to the best of my knowledge. It works! Always a professional always! Walks you through all the steps and prepares you for the best route to take! Amazon! Never had a problem getting an appointment. Not long wait times. He is very prompt on scheduled appointments. If he has a patient that needs a bit more time he makes sure you are aware of it!
