Dr. Avilucea fixed my badly broken femur, the result of a bicycle accident, then removed all the hardware months later and replaced my knee, which was damaged by the crash as well. Throughout the entire 2-year ordeal, he was patient and sympathetic and always took the time to explain what we needed to do and why. I will forever be appreciative of his work.
